We accept payments via PayPal and bank transfers. You can use your credit or debit card with PayPal - you do not need a PayPal account in order to use PayPal - PayPal can process your credit card without having an account with them. There is a link on the left side of the PayPal page to continue checkout without logging in to PayPal.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship by Latvia Post Office
Shipping to Latvia takes about 2-5 business days
Shipping to Europe takes about 5-10 business days
Shipping outside Europe takes about 8-18 business days (the USA, Canada takes from 7 to 15 business days)
We also offer Express Mail Service. Express Mail Service to Europe takes about 3-5 business days, to the USA and other countries it takes about 6-8 business days.
If you buy our wooden blocks as a gift and want us to send them to a different State or different address, just leave us a message in the Comment field and we will deliver the package to the given address. You will receive a tracking number of the package, so you will be able to follow it online.
REFUND POLICY
100% guarantee. You can return the product within 14 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will find a way to set things right whether through an exchange or refund. When returning the product, the customer will have to cover the shipping costs.
